Melanie is a talented trainer and speaker, she delivers Leadership and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) training in-person and online, she also delivers many public speaking engagements.

Melanie is particularly passionate about developing proactive and inclusive leaders and managers who support their teams to take ownership and deliver excellence. She loves working with Entrepreneurs and CEO’s helping them to grow and scale their operations by providing bespoke HR Support and Advice.  In 2014 she created Eden Mayers HR Consulting to help her clients to deliver their passion, knowing that their People and Culture is in safe hands or as Melanie calls it "Keeping Them Out Of HR Trouble".

She is available to speak at conferences and corporate events as a keynote speaker or a participant on a panel. Melanie is also available to chair discussions and debates.
