Hey there!

I’m Melanie Folkes-Mayers, Founder and CEO of Eden Mayers HR Consulting.

Where we use our HR expertise to help Proactive Leaders to recruit, manage and develop excellent teams for astronomical growth so that they can experience the freedom that business ownership should bring.

I have a Masters in Human Resource Management, am Chartered MCIPD qualified and have a Prince 2 Project Management Qualification.

I have spent over 15 years providing Strategic and Operational HR support in a wide range of sectors, including Consulting, IT, Retail, Event Organisers, Schools and Charities.

I am passionate about helping leaders to build effective teams and leave a legacy of excellence for everyone they come into contact with, staff, clients, stakeholders, mentees, family and friends.

I created this FREE challenge to help business owners and managers get to grips with what they need to do to engage and motivate their teams to be great while working in these strange times.

I’ve had to work on multiple projects in difference locations, trusting my teams to get on with the day to day while I’ve brought in more business or been locked in negotiations with the unions. Its impossible to be all the places at the same time, not to mention to get some personal time.

With a husband and young family at home and a passion for running and travel, I've had to build a team I can trust so that I can be fully present in every situation.
