I started Eden Mayers HR Consulting so that I could leave a legacy for my children and not miss out on them growing up to do it! The Details:

The Leading for Growth programme includes:

  • 1 x 60-minute 1-2-1 intake online session

  • 3 x 90-minute online training sessions (with workbooks and templates)

  • 1 x 60-minute wrap up zoom Session

  • Office hours support for 8 weeks via WhatsApp/Email for any questions or support with staff issues.

How will the programme be delivered?

What are the timings for the training sessions:

The training session will be delivered at 6pm GMT/1pm EST on March 4, 18 and April 1

What if I can’t make all of the three training sessions?

They will all be recorded and saved in our learning portal, that you will have lifetime access to, alogside the templates and workbooks.

When I started the coaching programme, I was burnt out and ready to sell my business. I’m Melanie Folkes-Mayers, Founder and CEO of Eden Mayers HR Consulting.

Where we use our HR expertise to help Proactive Leaders to recruit, manage and develop excellent teams for astronomical growth so that they can experience the freedom that business ownership should bring.

I have a Masters in Human Resource Management, am Chartered MCIPD qualified and have a Prince 2 Project Management Qualification.

I have spent over 20 years providing Strategic and Operational HR support in wide range of sectors, including Consulting, IT, Retail, Real Estate, Event Organisers, Schools and Charities.

I am passionate about helping leaders to build effective teams and leave a legacy of excellence for everyone they come into contact with, staff, clients, stakeholders, mentees, family and friends.

We are an award winning business who prides itself on delivering excellence to our clients and giving them the skills and support that they need to build business that will create a legacy for years to come.

I created this as I found that we were naturally coaching business leaders after coming in to solve their urgent HR issue.
