Hi, I’m Melanie
I am the Founder and Managing Director of Eden Mayers HR Consulting. The whole aim of my businesses is to make sure that small businesses have the tailored HR support they need to be amazing, so that they can focus of delivering the things that they do best , knowing that we have everything under control.
I have over 15 years experience of strategic and operational HR in a wide range of businesses from start-ups to multi-nationals, providing solutions to ensure that those business grew efficiently and effectively, while remaining legislatively compliant.
I started Eden Mayers HR Consulting because I was constantly being approached by small business owners requiring help with their staffing issues and being unable to find a solution that met their specific needs. Dealing with staffing issues can take up a lot of time, if its not managed proactively. Let me help you to put the right structure in place for your business to ensure your businesses success.
